Grounded – but busier than ever!

With borders closed and travel off the cards for this year at least, you could be forgiven for thinking that the work of Bryn’s School had ground to a halt – or at least been put on hiatus until we’re allowed to travel again. That couldn’t be further from the truth!

For the past six months, Bryn’s School has been working on an exciting new project I am now able to share with you.

We want to have as many people as possible involved in our fundraising activities and spreading the word about the terrific work that’s made possible because of Bryn’s School – and we all know that to do that, you need a great website. It doesn’t need to be high-tech or super sophisticated, but it does need to be effective.

So we brought together a small team of website and marketing professionals as passionate about education as we are, and just as determined as we are to take the work of Bryn’s School to the next level, and together we created this amazing new website. Let us know what you think!

What’s really exciting about the new website is that it will allow us to share with you all the amazing and inspiring stories behind the schools we’re constructing.

Bryn’s School works with local communities and builders and tradespeople – it’s really a collaborative effort – and every person has their own story, their own personal reasons for wanting to be involved.

The new website will also make it easy for us to raise funds to build our schools. All our staff are volunteers, so every donation goes directly to supporting our projects.

We’ve released a new range of t-shirts that not only look terrific, but also spread the word about the amazing work of Bryn’s School.

You can also literally purchase bricks to build the school, uniforms for the kids, and books for the classrooms – or just make a donation of any size, and we will make sure it goes where it’s needed the most.

We have also been working on our next project and we are really excited to let you know that when the world is once again a safe place to travel we will be heading to India to finalise our eighth school in Chowhati, India

In the meantime, it is important that we continue to focus much of our efforts on raising funds to undertake further work at our school in South Sudan.  This school is the first girl’s school in South Sudan and indeed is the only school that has been establish there since the war.

Please help us support these girls in their education.

Thank you so much for coming on this journey with us. There are many more children in need of education and many more schools to be built.

We’re ready to roll up our sleeves and get to work, and you can watch our projects as they come to life, by following us on social media and signing up for our regular newsletters.
