Where do you ship to?
At the moment we only ship to Australian addresses.
How long will my order take to be processed?
Our T-shirts are as a pre-order. After we receive a certain quantity of pre-orders, we will then produce and ship. This process may take a little while. Thank you for your order and patience as we refine our pre-order and ordering process.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 4-5 business days.
In busy times can take slightly longer.

Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges are available only if the products are unworn, unwashed and unmarked
We do not offer refund for change of mind.
How do I exchange my item?
Exchanges must be requested via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the product/s arriving to you.
You will be need to provide a 500g Parcel Post Satchel for t-shirts and long sleeve tops or a 1kg Parcel Post Satchel for hoodies for us to post your exchange back to you.
You can purchase satchels from Australia Post.
If you do not include the required Parcel Post Satchel with your exchange, we will charge you for the satchel before we will send your return.
*please note your tracking number on the return satchel as we don’t record the tracking numbers.
Along with the prepaid satchel please include:
Order number & Size you would like to exchange Return address if pre paid satchel isn’t filled out
Once you have these things together please return your item/s to the supplied return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We highly advise that you use a trackable shipping service like Australia Post to return your product/s.
Once your return is received and inspected your exchange will be processed.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your exchange to be processed.
There is the postage time back to Bryn’s School then the order processing time and then the postage time back to you.

Can I cancel or change and order?
If you wish to change an order for a different size of the same product, we are able to issue that change if you email us email@example.com within 12 hours of making the order/s.
If you wish to cancel your order/s you must email us firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of making the order/s.
Changes or cancellation requests to order/s made after 12 hours of order will be denied as they will be packed and shipped.
If you wish to do so after 24hrs your order/s will need to be treated as an exchange and you’ll need to follow the return and exchange process as per below.
What is my item is damaged, incorrect or faulty?
We do our best to go to extreme lengths to monitor our quality control, however we can occasionally miss a damaged/faulty item.
If you believe you have received a faulty or an incorrect item, please email us immediately via email@example.com with a photo of your damaged or incorrect item/s.
If deemed damaged/faulty or incorrect, we will organise for a replacement of the exact same item to be shipped to you ASAP.
If you have received damaged, incorrect or incomplete product/s, it is your responsibility to contact within 1 week of your order/s arriving.
If your clothing item is damaged when you wash your garment/s, you will not be entitled to an exchange. Please ensure you wash your garment/s according to our care instructions.
If your garments are washed according to these instructions, you will not have any problems.
